1. Kích cỡ tàu: 1.000 – 1.200 TEUs
2. Loại tàu: Tàu container
3. Tuổi tàu: Không quá 15 năm tính từ ngày nhận tàu đến ngày dự kiến nhận bàn giao tàu
4. Nơi đóng: Nhật Bản, Hàn Quốc hoặc Trung Quốc
5. Địa điểm giao tàu: Ưu tiên tại cảng/vị trí neo an toàn ở Việt Nam (các địa điểm khác nếu được các bên thỏa thuận)
6. Thời gian giao tàu: Càng sớm càng tốt, nhưng không muộn hơn ngày 31/03/2027
7. Hồ sơ chào bán: Hồ sơ chào bán tàu bao gồm, nhưng không giới hạn bởi các thông tin kỹ thuật và giấy tờ sau đây:
o Bản mô tả TC; sơ đồ bố trí chung (GA plan); sơ đồ dung tích; mặt cắt giữa tàu;
o Báo cáo tình trạng đăng kiểm; thông số tàu; kết quả chạy thử;
o Thông tin chi tiết Chủ sở hữu/Người quản lý/Người thuê tàu hiện tại;
o Các ngoại lệ của Người bán đối với Hợp đồng mua bán tàu (MOA);
o Giá chào bán;
o Thư ủy quyền từ Người bán/Chủ tàu cho đơn vị môi giới để đàm phán;
o Lịch trình của tàu;
o Thời gian và địa điểm đề xuất phục vụ việc kiểm tra tàu trước khi mua.
8. Hạn nộp hồ sơ chào tàu: Tất cả hồ sơ chào bán tàu phải được gửi trực tiếp hoặc qua email đến địa chỉ snp@vimc-lines.com trước 23:59 (giờ Việt Nam) ngày 13/07/2026.
9. Giải đáp thắc mắc: Mọi yêu cầu làm rõ xin gửi qua email đến địa chỉ trên.
10. Ưu tiên: Hồ sơ chào bán tàu kèm theo Thư ủy quyền từ Người bán/Chủ tàu sẽ được ưu tiên xem xét.

We, VIMC Container Lines JSC (VIMC LINES) hereby would like to invite you to offer for sale of the container vessel as per our requirements and instructions as followings:
1. Vessel Size: 1,000 – 1,200 TEUs
2. Vessel Type: Container Vessel
3. Age: Not exceeding 15 years from delivery to expected delivery/hand-over
4. Place of Build: Japan, Korea, or China
5. Delivery Place: Preferably at a safe port/anchorage in Vietnam (other locations may be discussed)
6. Delivery Time: As soon as possible, but no later than 31 March 2027
7. Offer Documentation: The offer should be included, but not be limited to, the following detailed technical information and documentation:
o TC description; General Arrangement (GA) plan; Capacity plan; Midship section;
o Class status report; Ship particulars; Sea trial results;
o Current Owners/Managers/Charterers details;
o Seller’s exceptions to the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA);
o Offer price;
o Authorization letter from the Sellers/Owners appointing the broker for negotiation;
o Vessel itinerary;
o Proposed time and place for pre-purchase inspection.
8. Submission Deadline: All offers must be submitted directly or via email to snp@vimc-lines.com no later than 23:59 (local time) on 13 July 2026.
9. Clarifications: Any requests for clarification should be sent via email to the above address.
10. Preference: Offers accompanied by a Letter of Authorization from the Sellers/Owners will be given preference.
