Application of AI to support employees to improve work efficiency
Main responsibilities
Technical and User Support (Helpdesk & User Support)
Receive, diagnose and handle hardware problems (computers, printers, scanners, basic network devices, ...), software (operating systems, office applications, email, ...) and network connection problems of
users.
Install, configure computers, software, peripherals for new users or when requested.
Support, guide and train users on how to effectively use the company's IT systems and application software (including logistics-specific software if any).
Manage and track support requests through the ticketing system (if any).
System Administration & Basic Network
Participate in monitoring and basic maintenance of the company's LAN, Wifi, and Internet systems.
Support user account management, access authorization on systems (Active Directory, Email, internal software, ...).
Perform periodic maintenance tasks for IT equipment
AI application
Research AI application models in production and business activities
Research AI technologies to meet production and business needs in enterprises
Coordinate with the IT Center to deploy AI solutions in production and business activities.
Research and deploy advanced AI technologies available on the market to support and improve the work performance of departments in the company.
Research Research & Update:
Learn and update new technologies, applicable solutions to improve the IT system of
the company.
Have basic knowledge of popular programming languages Java, React, PHP, SQL, ...
Job requirements
Education: Graduated from University majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Networks or
related majors.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in an IT support position (IT Support, Helpdesk) or equivalent
or participating in AI application projects. Priority is given to candidates with experience working in a logistics environment
or companies of similar size.
Professional knowledge
Have solid knowledge of computer hardware, peripheral devices.
Understanding of Windows operating systems (basic Client & Server).
Have experience troubleshooting office software (Microsoft Office, ...), email, browsers.
Have basic knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, Wifi).
Basic understanding of current programming languages (as stated in the responsibilities section).
Foreign language skills: Ability to read and understand specialized technical documents in English well.
Soft skills
Good communication skills, friendly, patient when supporting users.
Logical and effective problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
High sense of responsibility, proactive in work.
Ability to quickly learn new technology.
Preferred (Not required)
Experience supporting specific software of the logistics industry (WMS, TMS, E-Booking...).
Have relevant IT certificates: CCNA, CCIP, MCSA...
Experience working with IP switchboard systems, Cameras.
